Refund policy
In the unfortunate and unexpected event that the items you purchased online were not what you expected, or are damaged or defective, contact our Guest Service Representatives at help@aculief.com and request a return. A Customer Service Representative will promptly reply with instructions to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible. You may return an item purchased from Aculief.com within sixty (60) days of receipt for a refund. Please state the reason for the return in your email and we will be glad to accommodate all requests.
